Mary Schechter is the Principal of Next Step Consultants, a consulting and training practice dedicated to maximizing organizational effectiveness, employee skill potential and personal accountability Offering on-site facilitation/training, consulting and individual coaching in the areas of employee retention, productivity, performance coaching and assessment, her specific expertise is applied NLP (NeuroLinguisticProgramming) in the areas of leadership and peak performance. Her certifications include NLP practitioner, CBP Professional & Instructor through International Business Training Association, as well as a Qualified Administrator for the MBTI and Harrison Innerview Profiling System. As a certified PHR, with the national organization, SHRM, she holds expertise in Human Resources Training. She is Adjunct Instructor for the American Management Association Certificate of Human Resources through SUNY Oswego Institute for Professional Development, Corporate Facilator for The Office Professional Skills for B&S College, as well as the newly created Certificates in Supervision for Managers and Customer Service, both offered through Onondaga Community College. Her professional experience spans manufacturing, engineering, hi-tech, services such as health care, insurance , education and banking, as she has worked with Central New York companies such as: AT&T, Blasland, Bouck and Lee, Inc.
